Mizuna is more then a restaurant, it is an experience. While it is a favorite among vegetarians and vegans, Mizuna also serves free range chicken, natural prime beef, and a variety of fish. With a full bar, extensive wine list, live weekend performances, and exquisite dishes you will not be left wanting after an evening at Mizuna. I suggest the Alaskan Halibut and Olive Oil Stewed Artichokes served with preserved lemon, Moroccan cured olives and Yukon gold potato puree [$23].

Excerpt from Mizuna's website: "Considered one of Spokane's most loved restaurants, Mizuna offers a dynamic seasonal menu featuring the best of fresh local organic northwest ingredients. Situated in the heart of downtown Spokane, Mizuna's elegant and enchanting environment has been a warm and welcoming refuge to locals and visitors alike for the past nine years. Housed in a old charming turn of the century building's tall brick walls, wood floors and high ceilings paired with warm lighting and modern fixtures make Mizuna ambiance special and memorable to all who enter. Friendly, knowledgeable staff buzz with warmth and positive energy making the entire dining experience inviting and pleasurable. "
