OHHH....This is not architecture! It's concrete and ugly.

Agreed. I wish it were more aesthetically pleasing. However, I know it will look a little better when it is completed.

Let's hope so. Though I fear the top floors have no real hope, I think the main level that people will pass everyday could be salvaged with nice retail spaces.

Reminiscent of soviet bloc apartments... Unfortunate for the first high rise in many years. I hope future projects try a little harder.
