I have to admit I have become intrigued with the ways YouTube and other video services are actually getting some useful information out there to the masses. And I have loved the interesting ways that locals are using it. I found this video giving sushi lessons by Noel from the newly expanded downtown sushi hotspot RAW. I have to say the remodel has made it the place to be for sushi.

That's one of the tutorials we filmed for Tom Bowers' sushi story for spokane7.com. I threw both videos up onto YouTube a while ago, so definitely look for the other one too.

Its great. I love what they are doing at Spokane 7 with video and podcasts. Its great to see a local media group step up and give more options for the way it reports news and entertainment.
